Choose the quality of downloaded videos

In response to RedNote’s strict rate-limiting mechanism, the downloader can now detect when a cooldown is required for downloading videos at original quality.

Also, we added an option for you to control the quality of downloaded videos. You can switch manually between original quality and compressed quality. Alternatively, you can let the downloader choose the highest quality available at the moment of downloading the video.
